It took me well over 6 months with two previous agents whom I had no luck with since July of 2022. Responses were not timely. It took days to have simple questions answered. I felt helpless. Let alone the housing market has been aggressive, I've learned that sellers have become more unreasonable. It seemed like real estate agents were busy chasing sellers to make sales. Well, I was aiming low on price, while Brenda was searching for the "Right" home for me. For every showing, Kimberly was there with me to go over the details of each property. Kim was always honest insightful, and helpful. There was a lot I would not have known as a 35-year-old single man. Brenda and Kimberly helped me back out of a poorly maintained property, overly priced property, and greedy sellers. When Brenda finally found the "Right" home for me, she did NOT hesitate to get right at it. From the time we found the property to the day we closed on it; it took us just over two weeks. The property was not even listed, yet Brenda made sure we were able to get in contact with the seller, seller's agent, and contract proceedings right away. Throughout the process, Brenda made an incredible effort to make sure that I understood what I was doing. She was very thorough in explaining the contract terms on our closing day. She was very specific with our lawyer and the title processes. The day after I moved in, Brenda called me to see how I was doing, and I told her I had purchased some used furniture including a mattress. On the same night, Brenda visited me to hand me the rest of my house keys and the garage remote. She also warmly smiled and handed me a mattress cover. I was so moved my hands were shaking and I did not know what to say but thank you. I could not be more thankful that Brenda was there for me to buy an amazing home in a premier neighborhood.
